A few words about us
The driving team making up Airports Direct SW are all mature, experienced business and leisure travellers in their own right. As a result, the service and advice they offer will allow you to concentrate on your priorities for the trip, rather than having to worry about the trivia of traffic, parking, times and schedules. For airport drops and pickups, aircraft departure and arrival times are carefully monitored, using any means available to us, in order to ensure there will be plenty of time for check-in, or that your courteous driver will be waiting for you, regardless of any variation in arrival time. We pride ourselves on our communication skills and will do everything within our power to keep you informed of any factors affecting your journey.

Our Vehicles
Our vehicles have been carefully selected to ensure that they can be matched to the requirements of an individual or party. Reliability in all things is our watchword! However, we have an established back-up network available in the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown. All company vehicles carry blankets, pillows, chilled water, Wi-Fi and a 240v a.c. power source are available on request. We are especially sympathetic to the needs of young or elderly travellers, and can schedule comfort breaks as part of the overall schedule. We also cater for children requiring child or booster seats and will store their seat during your time away in a sterile and secure location; having it fitted ready for your return journey.
Guardian Service
Airports Direct SW offer an in-house guardian service. The driver will assist your elderly or unaccompanied minor/junior with luggage. When picking up at the home address, we will check their documentation, passports, boarding pass, onward to the relevant transfer airport/sea port/rail or coach station. On arrival the driver will manage/transport the luggage, check in and escort to security or hand over to a authorised person nominated by you. You will then be called or emailed in real time to inform you of the safe handover. Enhanced CRB vetting and lady drivers are available on request. Arabic and both dialects of Chinese speakers are also available in-house and welcomed by the company.
